Eten Air’s European chef and owner, Dirk De Cuyper, is classically trained with over twenty years experience in kitchens around the world, including Michelin star restaurants, private yachts and homes.

With this experience, Eten Air offers a diverse range of creative cuisine.

At Eten Air, our chefs make everything in-house, so we can efficiently handle all custom orders and special requests, and recreate any dish of your choice. Our menus can be used as a guideline when ordering. The popular “Health & Wellness” section on our menu offers a variety of vegetarian, gluten free and dairy free cuisine. We also have fast and reliable menu solutions for last minute ordering.
Food can be ordered in individual portions, in bulk or served on trays. We offer a variety of different packaging solutions specially tailored to your needs. Our packaging and labeling system makes the onboard food service as efficient as possible
