DIRK DE CUYPER
Dirk is a classically trained European chef who has over 25 years experience working as a chef in a diverse range of kitchens around the world. He gained his apprenticeship in Belgium where he spent six years training in Classical French and Nouvelle Cuisine and Pastry. During his apprenticeship and for a further ten years, he worked in Michelin-star restaurants throughout Belgium. Since the mid-nineties, Dirk worked as the head chef on board private and charter yachts and private estates. Dirk now combines his European training with influences from traveling to produce top quality, creatively presented food each day in Eten’s kitchen.
